RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Types of refund:
A. The External Packaging was Damaged:
At the time of delivery if you notice that the external packing of the consignment is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package. Instead, add your remarks on the courier delivery sheet and raise a complaint with us immediately, citing your order details. We will resolve your issue with the respective courier partner. Once our courier partner updates that your parcel is accepted for return and updates this on their website, we will start your refund process.
B. The Product was Damaged, had Manufacturing Defect(s) or the Wrong Product was Delivered:
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your product in a good condition, or product is damaged or defective, is not the product you ordered or of a different size you can return your product.
Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at help@ecoetosha.com with your order number, necessary photos of the product highlighting the issues and reasons for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the product meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. In the case of Prepaid order (Credit Card, Net Banking, Debit Card, Gift Cards, Wallets), we will refund the money to your mode of payment. In case of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order, we will cancel your order as there might not be any requirement for refund in this scenario.
Exchanges
Since our product ranges covers underwear which cannot be exchanged for the hygiene and health related issues and hence we do not offer exchanges. We request you to do check our product page and order the suitable product for you to avoid getting a product wrong in size, shape or color etc. If you need a different size, color, or style, you can place a new order. For other products, where exchange is possible, we will share our exchange policy in the products descriptions.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders above certain cart value and for rest of the orders, we will levy a standard Shipping Fees as it will be displayed on each product before making the final payment. If the product is defective or if there is an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
